So after getting ready in my hotel (I am in Broomfield, Colorado on business -I have ALWAYS wanted to say that!) I decided to try a local cafe for breakfast. After I searched Google for ‘cafes near me’ Ink! Coffee popped up!
So off I drove…all the way to the webroot software building. I circled the building a few times to ensure I wasn’t confused. There was no signage or indication of a coffee house. So I tentatively ventured inside. Luckily I was in business clothes so I blended quite nicely.

The coffee was delicious! The egg croissant was buttery flakey goodness.
So glad I started my day with a local brew!
